I agree to pay any increase in Subscription/Contribution , as and when introduced by FOGSI/BOGS within the stipulated dated i.e. 31. January every year.

I hereby declare that I am not a member of any other Society of FOGSI at present, and if any dual membership is found in register of FOGSI I shall be responsible for appropriate action taken by the present society or the FOGSI. All the above statements are true to the best of my knowledge.
