International Women’s Day

BOGS participated virtually in the FULL STOP CAMPAIGN, which was flagged off on the occasion of IWD on March 8, 2026.

This theme was conceptualized and organized by the FOGSI “No To Violence Against Women” Committee on International Women’s Day. The FULL STOP CAMPAIGN was inaugurated and  launched in Salem, Tamil Nadu by our visionary leader and FOGSI  President,  Dr Bhaskar Pal.

A  remarkable highlight of the event was the virtual inauguration joined by 64 FOGSI societies across the nation, demonstrating that the FOGSI mission is to protect and empower women and children which  is a collective responsibility across India.

This programme was conducted under the banner of the “FULL STOP Campaign “– A Movement to Stop and End Violence Against Women and Girl Children.” One of the most moving moments of the event was the pledge taken by all participants, affirming our commitment to stand against  teen marriage ,abuse, discrimination, and violence in any and every form.

Together we voiced our slogan and mission: “STOP and END Violence Against Women.”
